Come try a meeting
If you're 14–20 (or 13 and finished 8th grade), you're welcome. No experience or gear needed. Visit a meeting first and decide later.
How it works
- Tell us you're interested. Fill out the form and an adult advisor will get back to you and your parent or guardian.
- Visit a meeting. One Friday each month, 7:30–9:00 pm at St. Paul & the Redeemer Episcopal Church, 4945 S. Dorchester Ave., Chicago, IL 60615.
- Register. When you're ready, we'll help you fill out the Scouting America youth application and pay the annual registration fee. Ask us about financial help. Cost should never keep anyone out.
- Start planning. Bring your ideas. Crew members choose the adventures.
